Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery method:

• Economy Shipping (2–8 business days): $4.90 for orders under $50

• Free Economy Shipping: on orders over $50

• Standard Shipping (2–5 business days): $6.90–$9.90 based on package weight

• Expedited Shipping: Coming soon!

Order Tracking:
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays:
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. International shipping will be added soon!

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 15 business days after shipping, please contact us at support@creditworthycrew.com with your order number and we’ll make it right.
